crafting a new website for Safpro

Find are proud to announce our involvement in the launch of a new website for Safpro, a well-established UK brand with over 40 years of expertise in supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and workwear, like uniforms and hi-vis clothing. 

Find has been engaged with several projects for Safpro, including brochures, social media marketing, as well as print materials for customers and events, so we were well placed to craft a new effective website to replace their existing one.

Safpro have many unique services but their old website didn’t reflect the company’s innovative approach, showcase their services well or generate leads in the way they wanted it to.

Find worked with the management team to define the aims and the structure for the new website, which would reflect the high standards of service and innovation.

highlighting uniqueness

Safpro have three main Unique Value Propositions (UVPs): a unique platform that made ordering gear for personnel easy, a hold-all for mobile operatives reliant on having organised tools and finally, their own brand of leading workwear. These needed to be strongly highlighted and easily accessible in their website.

We didn’t want to simply churn out a new version of the old site, so we considered a few vital points to ensure the website informed and funnelled visitors.

For example, we included a call to action in the form of a button in a prominent part of the homepage, dedicated to RFP (Request For Proposal), so that any company wanting quotes and details of service provision had an easy form to fill out, without going through proverbial ‘hoops’.

We ensured the core messages were prevalent on the homepage and every landing page had enough calls to actions and navigation to be effective. There was clear navigation to the three main UVPs – with branding, descriptions, benefits and advantages for each. We included ‘easy to absorb’ case studies that really demonstrated the methodology and intelligence they used for finding solutions.

It was also important to highlight the company’s specialisms up front, so services and standards were clear from the beginning of the user journey. Many websites miss a step in explaining simply what they can do best, so we ensured we covered the services. Part of our Marketing process revolves around core messages and being able to communicate your service in short, effective lines.

The style of the website changed to better reflect the industries they worked with, with brand colours prevalent throughout.

Safpro have said in the first month after the new website was launched there was significantly increased online engagement and they were pleased with the instant rise in traffic and engagement that was monitored with analytic tracking. The RFP feature is being used which means prospecting companies can easily attain a rounded idea of what they can expect when looking to partner.

We’re firm believers in a strategy-first, consultative approach and the Safpro website was something we were excited to produce, in conjunction with the excellent Safpro team.
